Renovation and new-build handover cleans
The clean between the trades finishing and the space being used. Construction dust is not ordinary dust — it is fine, it travels, and it settles again for days after a single pass, which is why a domestic clean never gets a site right. We work it in stages: coarse debris out first, then a full wipe-down from ceiling height to floor, then the detail work on glass, frames and fixtures once the air has settled. Renovations, new builds and single finished rooms.
Our Process
Site Visit
We look at the trade finish, the square footage and how much dust is actually in the space before quoting.
Debris Out
Protection sheeting, off-cuts and packaging are cleared so there is a clean surface to work down onto.
Dust Down
A full top-down wipe, then a second pass once the air settles — because one pass on a construction dust load never holds.
Detail & Hand Back
Glass, tracks, frames, fixtures and floors finished last, and we walk the space with you before handover.
