A Better Clean,
Should Feel Better.

We're based in North York and cover the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham and Mississauga. If you're just outside that list, call and ask. We can usually make it work.

Yes, and they're scheduled differently. Offices and commercial premises are usually cleaned after close or before open on a fixed scope, so nobody is working around us. Homes are typically weekly, biweekly or monthly on a set day, with one-off deep cleans whenever you need one.

It depends on the size of the place, the number of bathrooms, and how often you want us — a first deep clean costs more than the recurring visits that follow it. We don't quote from a price list. Tell us about the property and we'll give you a price on site, with no surprises and no obligation. Call (647) 975-0222.

Yes. Every quote is free and there's no pressure attached to it. For most homes we can price it over the phone; for larger properties, commercial premises and post-construction jobs we'd rather come and look first so the number is right. Call (647) 975-0222.

Yes. Recurring clients get 15% off every clean — weekly, biweekly or monthly. Senior citizens get the same 15% discount. It applies to the ongoing visits, so the savings build over the year rather than being a one-time offer.

We work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Call (647) 975-0222 any time in those hours. If we're on a job when you ring, leave a message and we'll call you straight back. Event and post-construction work can be scheduled outside those hours when the deadline needs it.

No. Plenty of our clients give us a key, a code or a lockbox, and many condo residents leave us on the concierge list. You're welcome to be there for the first visit so you can walk us through what matters, but after that most people don't. We'll tell you if we find anything you should know about.

Yes — cleaning supplies, cloths, vacuums and machines all come with us. If you'd rather we used specific products in your home, because of an allergy, a pet or a particular surface, leave them out and tell us and we'll use yours instead.

A regular clean maintains a place that's already in good order — surfaces, floors, kitchen and bathrooms, on a repeating checklist. A deep clean goes after what a regular visit doesn't reach every time: inside appliances and cabinets, behind and under what can be moved, baseboards, door frames, vents, grout and window tracks. Most new clients start with a deep clean and then go onto a regular schedule, which is cheaper than the first visit.

Because construction dust behaves differently. It's fine enough to stay airborne for hours and it keeps settling for days after the trades leave, so a single pass just moves it around and the room looks dusty again the next morning. A proper post-construction clean is staged — debris out, a full top-down wipe, then a second pass once the air has settled, then the detail work on glass, tracks and fixtures. It's more labour, and it needs site filtration rather than a household vacuum.

Yes, and it's one of our more common one-off jobs. A Toronto balcony collects a film of city grime over a winter that a rinse won't shift, and most buildings restrict pressure washing on balconies, so it's done by hand — railings, glass, the floor surface and the furniture. Tell us your building and we'll check what the rules allow before we quote.

As early as you can, especially for summer weekends, because the crew size has to be planned rather than found on the day. What we need to know is the venue, the expected attendance and the hand-back deadline — that's what sets the crew size and the price. We can sometimes take short-notice work, so it's always worth asking.

Yes, but not at the same pressure — and that distinction matters. The setting that cleans a concrete driveway will carve a deck board and force water behind siding. We match the pressure and the detergent to the surface, which is why siding and timber take longer than concrete and are priced differently.

Tell us and we'll come back and put it right at no charge. We'd much rather hear about it than lose a client over something we could have fixed the same week. If you can, let us know within a day or two while it's still clear what was missed.

Please ask us directly when you call and we'll tell you exactly what coverage is in place for your property before any work starts. We'd rather you hear it from us straight than read a claim on a website.
