We walk the premises during opening hours to see the traffic it actually takes, then quote the frequency to match.
Agree the Scope
What gets done every visit, what gets done weekly and what is periodic — written down, so nothing is assumed.
Service Visit
A consistent crew wherever we can, because people who know the site do it faster and miss less.
Review
We check in after the first month and adjust the frequency or the scope if the traffic says it needs it.
